Wedding bells are in the air – and so are hopes for a new era of modernity in the UK when it comes to race relations. Saturday’s marriage of Britain’s Prince Harry to the American actress Meghan Markle, who’s of mixed race, is being held up as an example of changing attitudes, in the country.
